Satterfield & Pontikes (S&P) faced two major hurdles: visualizing job status by location within Procore and making BIM data easily accessible to field teams. These issues led to delays, rework, and time-consuming coordination efforts that strained resources and disrupted workflows.
S&P implemented Inertia's ICDs to connect BIM data and Procore workflows within a user-friendly 2D drawing interface. This enabled field teams to click on components like walls or ducts and instantly view relevant properties, inspection statuses, and workflows — without leaving their Procore environment.
With Inertia, S&P saved hours daily by eliminating the need to cross-reference tools or request info from VDC teams. ICDs provided real-time, visual clarity on project status, improved collaboration, and streamlined decision-making. As a result, S&P plans to expand Inertia's use across more phases and future projects.
