With over 3.1 million square feet and 94 different trade companies, SoFi Stadium was one of the most ambitious construction projects in the nation. Coordinating work across countless trades while ensuring 28,126+ inspections were completed on time and in compliance posed a major logistical challenge — especially with critical seismic requirements in play.
To meet the demand, Inertia's ICDs provided a centralized, visual solution to initiate, track, and manage inspections. With color-coded status maps and clickable elements, teams could instantly access inspection data by location, view progress in real time, and stay aligned across contractors, jurisdictions, and trades — all without leaving the solution.
Inertia enabled real-time visibility and coordination, helping teams avoid missed inspections and costly rework. By simplifying complex workflows and ensuring inspections were completed before additional trades began work, Inertia played a key role in delivering SoFi Stadium on schedule and setting a new standard for large-scale construction.
